WHAT THE MESSAGE;
"and Christ is not raised, therefore our preaching is empty, our faith is also empty" (1 Cor. 15, 14)
In the Resurrection of Christ, the entire incarnate economy of the God-man is summed up. It is the evidence and epithet of the Redeemer's triumph.
Within this atmosphere of triumph, of victory, of joy, of the festival, of the light that spread to the whole world from the infinite light that shone from the empty Tomb of the Life-Giver, I hold grudges, smallnesses, hatred, Dark passions have no place among men. This is the immediate gift of the Resurrection.
Sorry, I rose from the grave. Resurrection is repentance. That is, the change of mind and the return to God.
The "new man" and the "new creation" are the fruit of the Lord's Resurrection. The eighth day of creation as some Fathers call it, emphasizing the re-creation and renovation of apostate and degenerate man as well as the perishable and bankrupt world through the Resurrection of Christ, which has eschatological dimensions because it starts from now and penetrates into the hereafter.
"It renews them “natives”""produces the universes and innovates" gives man immortality and the world incorruption "death we celebrate the death of Hell the desecration, another experiencer, from the eternal beginning".
The Resurrection is also the Gospel of salvation, whom the Apostles preached by the Lord's command to all nations and does not stop preaching, through the ages, our Holy Church, we too must confess our faith to this and always be "ready to make an apology to all who ask you to speak about the hope in you" (A’ Petr. c’ 15).
Christianity rests on the empty Life-giving Tomb of the leader of our faith and finished Jesus. But the life of each one of us stems from the event of the Lord's Resurrection. The man of sin was crucified with Him and died, the old man of desire and deceit, of the passions and the curse, the slave to the fear of death and decay.
Decay was "inherited" from incorruption. CHRIST IS RISEN! We praise Him who through His death has given life to all mankind. And not only Christ steps on the bond of death and Hell (as depicted in the Orthodox iconography of the Resurrection) but also beyond the constituted race of the people of the interspersed.
The Resurrection of Christ did not only open the gates of the Kingdom of God nor restore man to the lost Paradise but raised him on a high lamp to this throne of Divinity.
Because the Risen Lord entered the heavens, bearing human nature and sat down as a man at the right hand of the heavenly Father, you raised man to the throne of divinity. Through the Resurrection of the Lord, the divinity of man is celebrated, is "recapitulated" in Christ, the material and spiritual creation and restoration of the broken society of man after God within the mystical body of Christ within the Church. Far from the Redemptive message of the Resurrection, man lives in spiritual chaos.
The Risen Lord descended "among the lowest". He suffered and rose again for us, the heavens were opened by Him and offered us the fullness of joy and divine co-creation.
Don't be swayed by everyday life. In front of us, the divine scale of Resurrection. At its summit is "true life". We will raise it;
