Christ is Risen!!! “Jesus rose from the grave as he foretold, He gave us eternal life and great mercy.”
In
Mykonos hundreds of believers flocked to the holy temples, in each parish
of Chora as well as in the Monasteries of Ano Mera and Paleokastro,
to hear the hopeful message of the Resurrection, that life defeated him
death, to receive the Holy Light, to exchange wishes and spread the word
happy message: "Christ is Risen".
With brilliance, special Excitement and inward emotion took place….
to hear from the High Priest of the Temple, Peter Marago, eldest son, the “Christ is Risen”.

he asks Anastasta insolently

And he enters royally into the Temple and the temple was illuminated again

In Akolouthia at the Metropolitan Church of the Great Panagia they attended, among others, the Mayor of Mykonos Mr. Athanasios Kousathanas – Megas, the Deputy Mayors Alexandros Vamvakouris and Irini Gryparis, the Municipal Councillors, Marigoula Apostolou, Nicholas Salachas, Marousoula Hanioti and the Head of the Dem. Faction "Mykonian Spring" Mr. Antonis Kousathanas, the Regional Councilor Mr. Vassilis Margaras and the Councilors of the Municipal Community Georgios Dimas and Irini Haritopoulou,the Police Commander Mr. Nikos Lagogiannis,the Harbor Master Mr. Nikos Zygouris and a crowd of believers.
This was followed by the Easter Divine Liturgy led by Reverend Petros Maragos, while this morning and time 11 Vespers of Love was celebrated.
