Holy Martyr Phanurius / Solemn celebration High Priestly vespers of the Memory of Agios Fanourios at the Three Wells , Mykonos town.
The eternal memory of Saint Fanourios was honored tonight in all the Churches of the Holy Metropolis and especially in the feronyms of the Holy Church and in the Chapel of the Metropolitan Church of the Transfiguration of Hermoupolis, to whom the faithful came bearing the gifts of their love.

Dorotheos B’ after expressing his joy, because after two years, the memory of the Saint is once again universally honored, referred to the fact that, although he lived an invisible life and his martyrdom remained a martyr for centuries, however, today it is honored by the entire Orthodox world.
"Many", he added, "who lived cheered and universally recognized, they were lost and their names forgotten. Those, Nevertheless, they lived, with the love of God and people, they remain eternally in the memory of God and are in concert with the Saints, becoming examples of life and signposts for the salvation of men"!
