In the Holy Monastery of Paleokastro in Upper Mykonos, where the cemetery chapel of Agios Mamandos, officiated today the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Syros and Mykonos Ms. Dorotheos B’ with the participation of His Eminence Protopriest Vasilios Tzanidakis and before the end of the Divine Liturgy he performed a trisago at the cemetery, where the bones of the Aedim Monazus are kept.
His Eminence the Metropolitan blesses the faithful during the High Priestly Divine Liturgy, standing at the Beautiful Gate, where holding the tricycle in his right hand, and on the left the decarion raises reverently singing…. “Sir, Lord look down from heaven and see and visit this vine and shape it, Your right hand planted it”.
