Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew received in the afternoon at the Holy Archdiocese of Athens, the Archbishop of Athens and all of Greece Ieronymos.
"We are happy every time we see you, because you are for us a model in many matters, both in difficult and in small, but mainly in intra-church matters that you handle in an excellent way ", stressed during the reception of the Primate of Orthodoxy, while at the same time he expressed his joy for their meeting.
The Ecumenical Patriarch, from his side, thanked for the cordial and fraternal welcome and expressed his pleasure to visit in such a short time. indeed, conveyed the blessing and affection of the Mother Church of Constantinople, as well as the wishes of all for the namesakes of the Archbishop.
He expressed, also, his regret that they failed to cooperate in Michaniona at the beginning of June, as planned, but also for the early exodus of the blessed p. Adamantiou Augustidis, which, as he mentioned, he knew for many years and was a great clergyman and very educated.
The meeting was attended by the Chief Secretary of the Holy Synod of the Church of Greece, Bishop of Oreon Philotheos, the first council of the Archdiocese, Archimandrite Barnabas Theocharis, Service directors of the Archdiocese and the Holy Synod and associates.

On Saturday, 18 June, at 13.00, Archbishop Ieronymos and the members of the Holy Synod of the Church of Greece, will host a dinner in honor of Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew at the hotel "Great Britain".
