Celebration of Epiphany
In the ebb and flow of the eminent God of "Light from Light"
Today the grace of the Holy Spirit, in the form of a dove, τοις ύδασιν επεφοίτησε.
Inside the Holy Monastery of Panagia Tourliani, due to the coronavirus pandemic, The Great Despotic Feast of the Holy Epiphanies was celebrated, which as every year hosted the Synodal Ceremony of the Sanctification of the Waters, but with measures to protect the faithful and without the presence of official guests……
Today the holy sun has risen and the world of the fire of the Lord is shining.
Before the ceremony, with the appropriate Rite, the Divine Liturgy was performed by a priest of the Most Venerable Archimandrite Alexios Papadopoulos and then followed the Sequence of the Great Sanctification according to the Monastic Standard.
