In his letter, Mr.. Biden emphasizes to Mr.. Bartholomew that both he and Vice President Kamala Harris look forward to cooperation and future dialogue.

It is noted that in his handwritten postscript the elected President of the USA, writes to the Patriarch: "Be well. We need your leadership ".

It is a great honor for me to be the next President of the United States, and I realize exactly how much work lies ahead of us. Vice President-elect Harris and I will take on tasks at a time of great global challenges – from coronavirus to climate change – which cross borders and require international cooperation.
