According to the decision of the Holy Synod, I.M.. Of Nea Ionia and Philadelphia was renamed Holy Metropolis of Nea Ionia, Philadelphia, Heraklion and Chalcedon.
Also by decision of the Holy Synod the I.M.. Kythera was renamed the Holy Diocese of Kythera and Antikythera.
