the υπ΄αριθμ. 161AM/2015 his decision, imposed the obligation to refrain from the publication in the media of communication or information offensive to the personality of the Clergy of the Holy Metropolis, who resorted to justice, for brutally insulting the personality of the petitioner, judging that the particular clergyman suffered a brutal insult to his personality, by posting his false and non-existent publications, under the threat of a fine of five hundred euros (500 €) and personal detention for a period of one (1) month, for any violation of the above provision.
Following this development, it becomes clear that the clergy of our Diocese, in order to defend her, with libelous events and publications, their affected personality, every legal means and way will be used, so as to prevent this eventuality against any systematic slanderer of them and those who adopt and reproduce slanderous and false reports systematically, trying to damage their integrity and morals.
