New Year's Wishes and Carols to His Holiness K. Dorotheo B'

The Eminence. Dorotheos II received wishes for the new year this morning at the Metropolitan Palace and listened to New Year's carols from…… the Syrian National Guard Battalion, local agencies and unions, students of the Schools of Syros and a multitude of individual children.

At noon, visited His Excellency Mr. Dorotheos II in the Offices of the Holy Metropolis, accompanied by their parents and teachers, the children of the Kindergarten and the Children's Center of the Holy Metropolis “IN THE PALM OF GOD”, which sang carols and wished in their own innocent way for the new year.

The Reverend Mr. Dorotheos B thanked them, he wished them fatherly and distributed sweets and gifts to them, offered by Mrs. Dora Syngelidis.

Then, children from the Catechetical School of the St. Church of Agios Nikolaos Ermoupolis came and immediately after, the members of the historical Greek Lyceum of Syros, with local costumes, and wished for the new year, singing traditional carols.
