His Eminence the Metropolitan of Syros and Mykonos Ms. Dorotheos II, announces to the pious and liberal people of Mykonos and the first bearers of the island, that his only Holy Memory Saint Great Martyr Artemios, Patron and Patron Saint of Mykonos ( P.D. 139/15.10.2013), will be celebrated in the Holy Church of the same name, during the following program:
On Saturday 19 October, Vespers will also be celebrated on Sunday morning 20 October 2024, Hierarchical Divine Liturgy.

- 8.00p.m.: Solemn High Priestly Vespers at the Holy Church of Agios Gerasimos under the patronage of our Venerable Metropolitan Ms. Dorotheou B’, in the Lake area of Mykonos Town.
Sunday 20 October 2024
07.30 a.m.: Beginning of Orthros
08.00 a.m.: Hierarchical Chorostasia
08.45a.m.: Hierarchical Divine Liturgy, priest of the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Syros and Mykonos Ms. Dorotheou B. At the end of which, according to tradition, the procession of the Holy Icon and the Holy Relics of Saint Artemios through the city and the beach will take place (Gialos) Mykonos.
The Functional and Spiritual Events, which will take place in Mykonos, on the festive memory of Saint Artemios the Great Martyr, Patron and Patron Saint of Mykonos, will be accompanied by the Philharmonic Orchestra of the Municipality of Larissa, accompanied by Mr. Mayor of Larisa, Mr. Athanasios Mamakos, after a kind invitation of the Mayor of Mykonos, K. Christou Veronis and of the Municipal Council regarding him.

All pious Christians are invited to attend and participate in the services that will be performed, honoring the memory of Saint Artemios and receiving the blessing from the Saint Great Martyr.
A master of ceremonies is appointed the High Priestly commissioner, Delos – Mykonos and archpriest of the Metropolitan Church of the Great Panagia, Most Reverend Elder Fr.. Petros Maragos.
