Archdiocese of Crete: Archbishop Ireneos of Crete is being treated in the ICU of the University Hospital of Heraklion

Archbishop Ireneos of Crete is being treated at the ICU of PAGNI, introduced in the morning with shortness of breath and low oxygen. According to the commander of PAGNI George Chalkiadakis, the first test for COVID 19 to which the Archbishop of Crete submitted was negative, however his condition is considered to be consistently critical. Mr. Irineos was transferred to PAGNI, at 8:30 in the morning by EKAB ambulance that was informed and received, from the building of the Archdiocese of Crete.
